1. What we collect

Account details you give us, such as your name and email address.

Projects you choose to save to the cloud. Designs you keep local stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

Basic usage and error data that helps us keep the app working, such as which commands fail.

2. What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use your designs to train AI models.
• We do not send your designs to an AI provider unless you use the agent, and then only what the agent needs for your request.

3. AI providers

When you use the design agent, your messages and the parts of the design the agent reads are sent to the AI provider your workspace uses. Teams can use their own provider account, and enterprise deployments can turn the agent off.

4. How long we keep data

We keep account data while your account is open and delete cloud projects when you delete them or close your account.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Write to privacy@tryspeed.ai.

6. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
